I ended up getting these bands due to the youTube videos I started following for my workouts at home and so far, these have been much better than the dumb bells that I have, allowing me to better adjust my strength training.

Like DJ says……RB “always makes you sweat” . Love using them. They work great while traveling , just throw a couple of them in , and you know you have a workout on the road covered. I do have a couple bubbles on some of them which concern me. But overall love working out with DJ and Jen using them versus going to the gym and using DB’s. If you haven’t tried them yet, get some, they don’t cost a lot and have really helped me, may you too
