How It Works:
Upon signing up for the Full Access Membership you will receive a confirmation email with how to access the community and find the members' areas. From there you can join in on discussions, follow the scheduled, done-for-you, workouts or follow one of the ACHV PEAK private collection workouts available to you as a member. You will have full access to the Full Access Members area. You will also get priority service when needing assistance or have questions.
Upon cancellation of your membership, you will have access to the Full Access Membership until the final day of the period you paid for. We do not currently offer pro-rated refunds if you decide to cancel in the middle of a current paid period.
How The F.A.M Compares to the RB and DB Combo Programs:
The Combo programs are one time purchases with lifetime access. They are each 12-weeks long and feature cycles. Cycles are training type-specific intervals that last from 1 to 6 weeks long. The cycles in the Combo programs do not start or end on a specific date so you can start them whenever you purchase them. These are fantastic standalone programs for anyone who wants structure but are fine on their own.
The Full Access Membership has cycles as well but one of the biggest differences is that the cycles are date specific. This means that every member following the schedule is doing the same workouts! This is powerful because we are able to build a closer community and discuss the workouts in real-time, talk about modification, and anything else to help everyone become better.
Another perk of the Full Access Membership is that members also get access to ACHV PEAK Private collection videos. These videos are for members only and consist of extended length workouts, abs training, flexibility routines, warm-ups, and cool-downs.
The Full Access Membership will also have Live Q& A sessions and workouts as well. There are no other programs we offer that have these benefits.

DJ and Jen’s programs are super effective and efficient. The workouts are realistic and easy to follow along with, and they provide options for everyone with their band and dumbbell variations. The schedules are reasonable & realistic, easy to stick to. Highly recommend the Lean & Tone Dumbbell plan!
