I started off using Achv Peak Free videos on Youtube and a set of bands from an online retailer..I started to notice a positive change after completing the 31 days of fitness challenge. United StatesI already had a set of bands, but I wanted better handles and more resistance. I didn't realize how bad the bands I had were! These never pull on my leg hair. I'm no longer stressing about how much resistance since these are rated in pounds. The carabiners and handles are everything I hoped they'd be. Honestly, I can just grab these bands with my hand way more comfortably. I haven't finished the program, but I think the free videos give a good impression of what it's like. Maybe I'll come back and edit once I'm done.

CanadaIt's way better than the one I got from Amazon a couple of months ago. The only negative thing I could say is that the bands are really smelly when you first get it, but everything else is great.
